Call for applications: Roman. J Witt Residency The University of Michigan Stamps School of Art & Design is accepting proposals for the Roman J. Witt Residency Program through January 31, 2020: Learn more and start your application today. -- Open to both established and emerging artists/designers, the Witt Residency encourages student engagement and cross-campus collaboration as part of the creative process. The residency includes a $20,000 honorarium, housing, studio space, and up to $10,000 funding support for project materials and installation costs. The 2020-2021 Witt Residency is organized in partnership by the Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design and the Institute for the Humanities (IH) at the University of Michigan. IH will provide their renowned contemporary gallery as an installation and project space, with possibilities for additional programming to extend beyond the space.
