PILOTENKUECHE is open for artists from all over the world.

Number of Participants

A group of around twelve international artists are working in the studio space and two local participants participating on our program activities. The team consists of a curator, several interns, a coordinator and the director of the program.

Program Description

OPEN CALL FOR ARTISTS PILOTENKUECHE, Leipzig Germany January - March 2020 "PILOTENKUECHE" is an international art program based in Leipzig, Germany. The independent project is organized by artists with a transdisciplinary background. The program invites artists from around the world work in the fully remodeled space for a period of three months. Each accepted artist is offered a partial stipend, provided by ‘PILOTENKUECHE’. In a group of around twelve participants, a stimulating dialogue becomes vital in fostering an independent position in one's work. We’re looking for artists to participate on the 42nd round during from October - December 2019.
