Art><Junction is an independent artist residency based in the rural village of Badanga, near Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. Founded as a space for cultural exchange, creative exploration, and cross-disciplinary dialogue, the residency invites artists from around the world to live, work, and connect in a peaceful natural setting. Our mission is to support emerging and established artists by offering time, space, and community to develop new ideas, experiment with their practice, and engage with local culture. We welcome artists working in all disciplines—visual art, music, performance, writing, sound, and beyond—who seek a thoughtful, open environment for creative growth. Art><Junction encourages collaboration, reflection, and connection with the land, people, and fellow residents. We host short- and long-term residencies, and also support community workshops, presentations, and open studios for those who wish to share their process.

Art Junction offers a unique opportunity for a short to medium term artist residency in Rural Badanga, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India Art Junction Residency runs by a group of artists NGO. Providing an open platform for artists where creativity can flow free from distractions amidst the peaceful hills of Udaipur. A unique atmosphere of entirely new environment, developing interrelationships among artists from different geographical locations having varied social, religious and cultural perspectives, foster collaboration, encourage experimentation, exchanges and dialogues among practicing and professional & emerging artists. At the end of Art Junction residency selected artist will have the opportunity to exhibit their artwork and to conduct public lecture, reading or talk at local institutions.
