About

#Ey!Studio is a space for contemporary art, creation, research and exhibition self-organized by visual artists, located in Carabanchel, Madrid. Since our opening in 2017, we have been committed to fostering, supporting and promoting the visual arts by making noise in emerging art. We are interested in artistic practices that generate a critical discourse and are committed to their context from a feminist, ecological or intercultural perspective among others.

Local Information

The space is located in the neighborhood of Carabanchel, a district in full cultural boom where there are currently a total of 160 artists working in approximately 40 studios, as well as art galleries and the Matadero Cultural Center. We are located next to Madrid Río, a recreational and leisure area around the Manzanares River, as well as being only 20 minutes from the center by public transport.
