The competition was initiated by the Takeda Pharmaceutical Company with social and cultural goals in mind. The purpose of the competition is to discover the most talented students at art schools and universities as well as to draw the public’s attention to the importance of improving the diagnosis and treatment of rare illnesses and of new medical technologies.
