About
The Farm Margaret River (TFMR) purpose is to integrate artists with the land in order to explore the reciprocal impact of each upon the other. We see the arts as the most efficiently engaging conduit for conversations and perspectives to be shared and TFMR wants to assist artists in facilitating this.
Local Information
The Farm Margaret River (TFMR) is located in the traditional country of the Wardandi Nyoongar people between Margaret River and Gracetown, Western Australia. Here, ancient soils and flora are bound by the vast Indian Ocean, cultivating the regions wine makers, artists, and surfers. The vibrant local community’s holistic and sustainable approach to living, inconspicuously diffuses across the region and has seemed to leave a lifelong mark on our previous residents and the artwork produced on site. As a small working farm and an arts hub, there are opportunities for a quiet immersion into one's work or collaboration with others.
