Eligibility

Jury selection based on a questionnaire. We select the most committed artists, not the most polished artists. We don’t care how good you are, how much success you’ve had, or even how many followers you have. What matters is what lights you up from the inside, and that you’re eager to learn and meet other lovers of Art. In short, why you do what you do. If your heart is set on attending Quarantine, we recommend applying sooner than later, as applications will be reviewed in stages and groups are likely to fill up. We suggest you select more than one option for your mentor to have the best possible chance to get Quarantined.

Think this is just another damn workshop? Guess again… INTERZONE is a purgatory for artists. Instead of teaching lessons, we aim to transform your artistic vision. A program built on emotional, not academic, structure. Get ready for an intense, transformative journey where epic replaces academic. - We’ll blow your mind. - We ignite your potential by facing your fears head-on. - We set the vibe that makes art just inevitable. Dates: October 14th-20th, 2024. You’ll get quarantined +12 hours per day, 7 days, on a private island. Artist Mentors: Gary Baseman, Phil Hale, Eloy Morales, Edward Povey, Yuko Shimizu and Henrik Uldalen Gallerist Mentors: Ken Harman Hashimoto and Jennifer Rizzo Location: Lazaretto Island, Maó, Menorca (Spain).
