About
Lugar a dudas it’s a contemporary art center operating in Cali, Colombia since 2005. As part of their work, lugar a dudas presents art exhibitions, film series, workshops and lectures, it supports cultural diffusion in Cali, articulates local, national and international networks, promotes artists circulation, provides materials, documents and publications to understand, encourage and enable a more complex contemporary art practice, it generates pedagogical projects and works as a negotiation and interchange space between the local and international scenario through its residency program.
Local Information
Santiago de Cali is the third most important city in Colombia, with about three million inhabitants, it has been the scenery of important independent initiatives, mostly self-managed. Its average temperature is about 23 °C and its 90 minutes away from the pacific ocean by public transportation.
