Eligibility
The Hopper Prize is open to all artists aged 18 and older working in any media. There are no restrictions on genre, subject matter, or media. We welcome entries in all media. We are committed to supporting artists from diverse cultural backgrounds at all stages of their professional careers. All artists are encouraged to apply. Our awards are availale to artists around the globe.

Program Description
The Hopper Prize is now accepting entries for our Fall 2022 artist grants. We are offering $3,500 and $1,000 grants to artists and photographers around the world. For this open call, we will be providing 6 grants totaling $11,000 USD. 2 artists will each receive $3,500 and 4 artists will each receive $1,000. This is an open call, all media eligible. Submissions will be juried by — Simone Krug, Curator, Aspen Art Museum — Rachel Reese Waldrop, Director & Curator, Institute of Contemporary Art, Chattanooga In addition to grants, 30 artists will be selected for a shortlist, and all winners will have the opportunity to publish an in depth interview about their work in our online journal.
