Eligibility

This opportunity is open internationally to applicants aged 18 or over. It may suit practising artists, arts professionals, curators, educators, creative project coordinators, community organisers and individuals with genuine connections to practising artists or visual-art communities. Applicants should demonstrate clear and respectful communication, professional judgement, an understanding of artists’ needs and the ability to introduce suitable artists to relevant opportunities honestly and responsibly. A large social-media following is not required. The quality of the applicant’s relationships, communication and professional approach is more important than audience size. Applicants must have reliable internet access and be able to complete the online academy, assessment, programme terms and verification process. Previous sales experience is useful but not essential.

Number of Participants

Applications are reviewed individually and there is no fixed cohort size. Selected applicants complete the Arrival Gallery Academy and assessment before becoming active Certified Online Agents. The programme is open on a rolling basis, subject to suitability, verification and programme capacity.

Program Description

Art moves through people. Arrival Gallery is accepting applications for its Certified Online Agent Programme, a remote opportunity for artists and arts professionals who understand creative communities and can introduce suitable practising artists to international exhibition opportunities. Selected applicants complete the free Arrival Gallery Academy before activation. The academy covers understanding Arrival Gallery, identifying suitable artists, professional outreach, navigating artist forms and submissions, tracking eligible introductions, ethical communication and programme compliance. Once certified, agents use approved links and programme tools to introduce artists to relevant Arrival Gallery opportunities. The role includes starting professional conversations, sharing accurate information, following up respectfully and guiding interested artists to official application or booking pages.
