Open Call
Spring Practice (Funded residency spring 2026)
BRUNAKRA Temporary

Eligibility
Open call for artist-in-residence to join our ongoing exploration of unconventional farming practices. The residency is curated by Gunnel Pettersson, and the selected artist(s) will be invited to engage in collaborative fieldwork, reflecting on the interplay between artistic practice, landscape, our provisions, and process. The residency invites artists to observe and participate in ongoing work, and develop projects that respond to the site’s material, historical, and environmental conditions. This is an opportunity to investigate the relational and performative dimensions of art in a setting where everyday labor, observation, and reflection intersect. We welcome applications from artists working in any medium or approach who are interested in experimental, site-responsive, and process-oriented work. The residency provides access to the farm, ongoing dialogue with the curator-in-residence, and support for the development of new work in dialogue with the site and its practices.

The funding covers a stipend of 1,000 EUR per person up to three people, the accomodation has room for four people, in two room.
