Debuted at the 2019 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Pingtung, Khai-Káng is a new multi‐ purpose creative hub situated in a Japanese‐style heritage house located in a cultural & creative village in Pingtung. The objective of Khai‐Káng is to bring people together and provide a fun and unique platform for artistic & cultural exchange.
