Program Description

Artist In Residence (AIR) Program at Arlene’s is a ten-month studio-based program that focuses on fostering creativity while further enriching our community. Participating artists are provided a semi-private studio space to create a cohesive body of work to be exhibited at R Gallery at Arlene’s after their residency period is completed. They will also teach in our Atelier at Arlene’s program and be able to participate in any classes or workshops at Arlene’s. The accepted AIR will automatically be accepted to this year's Arlene’s Art Fair. Also, they will give an Artist Talk at Arlene’s regarding the body of work they are working on during their time as the AIR. Please visit the AIR Program at Arlene’s page for more info and to apply: https://arlenesartist.wixsite.com/rgalleryatarlenes/residences If you have general inquiries about the program or application guidelines, please email Andrew Ochal, Residency Coordinator, at arlenesartist@gmail.com or call (518) 482-8882.
