Program Description
GlogauAIR is an international artists’ residency based in Berlin, supporting artistic exchange and professional development since 2006. Since 2020, its Virtual Residency has enabled artists from all disciplines to participate remotely, regardless of location. The three-month program includes weekly curatorial support, group meetings, professional workshops, and feedback from Berlin-based art professionals. Participants develop a specific project, presented through a virtual Open Studios exhibition and collective catalogue. GlogauAIR also promotes artists through social media and art platforms and provides access to its online artist community. The program costs €900 in total. Applications are evaluated by an international jury based on artistic quality, originality, and the proposed project.
