PILOTENKUECHE is open for artists from all over the world.

Number of Participants

A group of around twelve international artists are working in the studio space and two local participants participating on our program activities. The team consists of a curator, several interns, a coordinator and the director of the program.

Program Description

"PILOTENKUECHE" is an international art program based in Leipzig, Germany. The independent project is organized by artists with a transdisciplinary background. The program invites artists from around the world work in the fully remodeled space for a period of three months. Each accepted artist is offered a partial stipend, provided by ‘PILOTENKUECHE’. In a group of around eleven participants, a stimulating dialogue becomes vital in fostering an independent position in one's work. One of our accepted artists is not able to come and we re looking for artists to participate in our program from January – March 2019.
