all young, early-career and emerging artists between the ages of 18-35 are eligible to apply. the applicant must demonstrate the skill and motivation to see the proposal to its completion.

Number of Participants

the locations have different intake capacity, ranging from one to five residents at one point in time. collectives of two may apply as well.

Program Description

the residency programme is hosted across 5 different locations across the northern reaches of india- palampur and kasauli in the state of himachal pradesh, and mussoorie, lansdowne and ramgarh in uttarakhand. the resident is expected to execute the proposal during the stay at the residency. depending on the application, the chosen resident will be given the necessary tools and materials for executing the proposal. the residency provides the time, resources and space to think and create, and any other support that's possible. the finished artworks will be made available for sale through its online portal.
