Program Description
The LimaQ residency program welcomes artists and related; national and nternational during the 21-day period to develop research and preproduction projects related to, 1. Andean cosmovision, 2. Pre-Inca & Inca civilizations, 3. Lima as a point of syncretism. The objective of the program is to create an environment for cultural exchange, improve preproduction and investigation of artistic, educational, architectural projects, etc. Fee covers: Transportation airport - residence - airport (scheduled time). Welcome session with peruvian dinner. Accommodation in shared or private rooms for the period of residence (21D / 20N). Weekly meetings and talk circles conducted by the residence coordinators in order to exchange information and ideas. Weekly talks with Peruvian archaeologists specialized in the subject and cultural walks through pre-Inca temples. Weekly workshops of pre-Inca and Inca ancestral techniques.
