Mauser EcoHouse invites applications from individual artists, artistic collectives, and organizations worldwide. Artists (21+), at various stages of practice, cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and expressions are encouraged to apply. This is the ideal location for nature/landscape photographers/painters/dancers/music composers/sculptors/jewelry designers/writers/poets/plein air/visual/multi-media and installation artists.

🌿 Limited spaces available at our Eco-Retreat Artist Residency! Let nature inspire and expand your art practice as you immerse yourself in the lush biodiversity of Costa Rica. Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit with the tranquility of nature and sustainable living practices in our intimate retreat setting. Experience the wonder of Costa Rica while we take care of every detail, allowing you to focus on honing your art. Included in your stay with us: nutritious meals, sense of community, day trips, airport transportation, studio space in the lush jungle and much more... The Residency is a luxurious 6,000 sq. ft. Spanish Villa that sits on 3 acres of land. It is located within a small community in the mountains. Surrounding us is the jungle, breathtaking views, and miles of dirt roads and trails to meander, run or hike, and explore. We offer comfortable and beautiful accommodations, ample work space and serene surroundings so that individual or group projects can flourish.
