Through the development of Anping by the Ming Dynasty, the concentration of trade and economic bases during the Qing Dynasty, and the construction of urban planning and water conservation facilities during the Japanese Dynasty, the foundation of Tainan's urban development was laid. 2024 coincides with the 400th year of Tainan. We hope that through artistic intervention, we can record the present-day appearance of Tainan and move towards a richer and more diversified cultural city. B.
