Program Description

Craft 1o1 is a cross-disciplinary summer program hosted by Arts Letters & Numbers from July 1 through August 30, 2026, in Averill Park, New York. The program brings together artists, educators, and practitioners across visual arts, humanities, performing arts, construction, and mechanics, forming a shared environment where participants engage in hands-on work, seminars, and collaborative processes. Participants select the weeks they wish to attend based on specific programs, while remaining free to take part in other offerings happening during that time. This structure encourages movement across disciplines and fosters a dynamic learning environment grounded in experimentation, dialogue, and collective engagement. The 2026 program includes a wide range of workshops, installations, and seminars led by an international group of practitioners, creating a space where making and thinking unfold simultaneously.
