Eligibility

The “Palazzo del Gatto” is open to anyone who uses creativity as a means of expression. At time of reservation artists will be asked to submit a document telling about their work and the project specifics that they intend to develop during the residency, and how their work would establish a relationship with the territory and/or its inhabitants.

The residency has room for up to nine hosts . Generally four at a time is best.

Program Description

Our residency program provides creative artists across disciplines, with both emerging and established careers, with the opportunity to create work in a new context, to establish professional contacts and standards and to engage with the community. During their residency, artists are asked to develop a project that establishes a relationship with the territory and/or its inhabitants. Artists have opportunities to interact with locals and to visit the surroundings. At the end of the residency works are exhibited to the community.
