Eligibility

The residency programme is open to all international artists who have been registered professionals in the field of contemporary art for at least 3 years. By international artist, we mean any artist of foreign nationality or any artist living and working outside of France

Number of Participants

On site accommodation in the form of a bedroom with a bathroom located in the Guiraud pavilion (a communal area for all residents including 3 bedrooms, which can sleep up to 7 people, and a shared kitchen)

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS 2022 Art residency 3 bis f | contemporary art centreAix-en-Provence (France - 13) Residency datesFebruary 9th – May 23rd 2022 Application deadline Sunday May 30th 2021 [midnight] The 3 bis f contemporary art centre is launching a call for applications from international visual artists to undertake a creative residency, the results of which will be exhibited in the art centre’s spaces. The closing date for applications is midnight on the 30th of May 2021. Located in the exceptional heritage and unspoilt setting of the Montperrin Psychiatric Hospital dating back to the 19th century, 3 bis f is a place for multidisciplinary contemporary creation which is led by two artistic directors, one for visual arts and the other for live performance.
