Eligibility

QuartaRiata Residence is focused on new technological forms of arts: media art, digital, audiovisual, sound art, science art etc. The preference is given to artists working in these mediums. We will also pay attention to site-specific projects related to QuartaRiata space and to involvement of the local community. The main criteria are project quality, innovation and faesibility. We have no preferencies as for artist's nationality, gender or age.

Number of Participants

We are able to host up to 2 separate residents. Each resident will be provided with a private room with a double bed or two separate beds. Each resident can be accompanied by his or her partner / family, who will be housed in the same room as the resident. No additional living room can be provided.

Program Description

The aim of the program is to develop media arts sector in Russia and animate cultural life of Peterhof by welcomming international artists. We would like to host up to 2 residents for a 2 weeks period in November or December 2018. Other dates can also be discussed. Artists are expected to present their projects by the end of their stay. It can be an installation, an event or a series of events, a projection, an exhibition, a performance, an artist-talk or other.
