Program Description

The "Proyecto Proyecta" residency offers an ideal environment for artistic research, experimentation, and creation, promoting learning and professional development. It is distinguished by its ongoing curatorial support, which includes weekly critical sessions and mentorship for the conceptual and material development of each resident's project. Visibility is key: each artist is promoted through interviews, social media, and the publication of their project on the #Ey!Studio website. The residency accepts individual artists, curators, and researchers (no collectives) of any age or nationality. While all disciplines are welcome, projects in the visual arts and those connected to the Madrid context are particularly valued. The working languages are Spanish and English. The minimum stay is 1 month and the maximum is 4 months, hosting 1 to 4 residents simultaneously. A final show is not mandatory, but the curatorial team may select works for a group exhibition or for future.
